September 14th, 2023 Update - HMRC Tax Avoidance Schemes

As of today the 16th September, the date of this post - on the 14th September the following updates have been noted on the HMRC tax avoidance list, noted here.

• 14th September 2023, 4x companies have been removed from the list in line with the Finance Act 2021.
• There have been no “additions” however, the entry for The Umbrella Agency Limited has been amended.

Our current list, can be found here - this won’t be removed, so is there for your perusal to ensure that any dealings you do with Umbrella companies or similar, are not those on the list.
